Set of slide valve carburettor Stadion S22/S23 - PROFI !!

This set for Jawa Pionyr 05, 20, 21, 23 motorcycles includes a needle, a fuse, a spring and, above all, a brass slide - a slide that solves a long-standing problem. Replica carburetors and slide valves from Taiwan copy the product including the groove that was created on the original carburetors by gradual tuning and driving, and which complicates the idle adjustment, sometimes making the carburetors practically unusable. Other slide valve replicas have a simplified design and a deviated hole for the needle, which causes other problems.

Our new slide valve made of premium brass does not have this undesirable groove, but it now includes a small ramp and a reinforced area for smooth idle adjustment. It retains all the necessary elements, including a recess for placing the needle fuse and protrusions for securing the spring. Thanks to high manufacturing precision, it seals perfectly in the chamber. The needle, fuse and spring are made of the same materials as the original and are fully interchangeable with the original parts.

The kit is not suitable for Pioneer motorcycles with newer types of carburetors due to a different needle.
